I Have A Pain That Existed This Am In The

I have a pain that existed this am in the extreme right lower abdomen almost to the hip bone and it went away then it presented itself for a few moments just about 15 minutes ago. I will mention that I did lift very heavy bags last evening, that my husband usually does but was working. I am having issues with my right knee as well. Just wanting to know your opinion on the abdominal pain...
