I Have A Pain That Runs From The Back Of

I have a pain that runs from the back of my neck down the right side of my right arm into my forearm I have taken Tramadol, Tylenol, advil, emu oil on it, It is a constant pain and none of the pain meds have stopped it at all ! I have worn a arm brace for carpil tunnel No help
