I Have A Pain That Started About A Week Ago

I have a pain that started about a week ago on my lower neck in the back. It radiated to the front of my upper chest and moved back to my lower skull and to my jaw . Then it moved to behind my ear causing shirt bursts of pain in my left ear. Now it still causes bursts of pain in my skull. I have been taking acetomeniphen for it with some relief.
