I Have A Pain Under My Left Rib Down To

I have a pain under my left rib down to my abdomen. also lower by my abdomen on both sides. worst on the left. I am going to the rest room a lot. However I am drinking lots of water. I thought I had a bladder infection
but was tested last week. No infection. the pain is constant under my left rib and abdomen. Left side worst. It also hurts vey much to eat. I have been constipated but am taking stool softeners.
Can you help?
