I Have A Pain Underneath The Top Of My Arm

I have a pain underneath the top of my arm just below my armpit, it is painful to touch and hurts when I move it. There are no lumps. I had an implanon inserted on Wednesday but I don't know whether that would cause the pain because the pain seems to far away from where it was inserted.
