I Have A Painful And Swollen Left Nipple For The

I have a painful and swollen left nipple for the last two days. There was a caramel colored discharge yesterday, today it just hurts. It feels like a clogged duct but there is no odor to the discharge. I am over 65 and not nursing. Otherwise in excellent health. Is this a symptom for something else?
