I Have A Painful Lump In My Butt Crack Well

I have a painful lump in my butt crack well above my anus. It's been 5 days and has not gotten any better. Been taking peperation h, desitin. Went to the Dr yesterday and was prescribed Proctocort. The lump is still very painful and the Proctocort cream burms badly
