I Have A Painful Lump In My Right Butt Cheek

I have a painful lump in my right butt cheek at the very bottom (near the anus). It has grown in size over the last year or so and is now very painfull when I sit on any hard surface. (Bathtub kills me) I've had surgery to remove it and I swear they didn't touch it because it has felt the same since before. I'm wondering if I should attempt surgery again (still paying on the last one) or deal with the pain. Sometimes it feels like it is pulsating with a sharp pain that runs through it. I'm a 25 year old female who is otherwise healthy.
