I Have A Painful Lump On The Back Of My

I have a painful lump on the back of my neck at the base of my skull. Started small, like a bite. Now it is the size of a golf ball. It grew within a couple of days. The small lumps hurt; the large one does too. As an aside, my right eye was "funny" a day or two ago. No idea if they are related.
