I Have A Painful Rash Looking (small Blisters) Area On

I have a painful rash looking (small blisters) area on my right hip. I took the shingles vaccine almost 2 years ago. At first, it felt like I got stung by a bee but I was inside sitting down and too many layers of clothing. I tried looking but the area was only mildly pink....that was Thursday.
It has hurt everyday since. Today I got a better look amd it is spreading. It hurts bad pn its own but if I touch it, the pain is like fire.
