I Have A Painless Lump On My Inner Thigh. It

I have a painless lump on my inner thigh. It has grown a cm or 2 since I noticed it about 4 weeks ago. There isn't any color change on my skin, I can pull the skin away and it is attached to the skin, doesn't appear to be attached to anything deep. It is hard, but not stone hard. I can push on it but it doesn't indent or feel like it has fluid, any suggestions?
