I Have A Pan In My Left Side Buttox, I

I have a pan in my left side buttox, I think the pain is in in the muscle, not sure, Pain getting stronger, pain hits hard it will make your leg give out, Started 2 weeks ago. Already on meds for Right knee. Have not seen a Dr. for muscle pain yet.
