I Have A Partial Eardrum And Have Had A Bad

I have a partial eardrum and have had a bad fungal infection with really bad drainage happening. Doctor suctioned out fungus and treated with antifungal and sent me home. Ear has not stopped draining and fluid is now yellow and brown the day after treatment and ear is super painful and throbbing. Is it possible I have a middle ear infection now? Should I treat with some cipro ear drops? Cant see my doc until next week and the pain, drainage and throbbing is killing me.
