I Have A Patch Of Skin On My Vulva That

I have a patch of skin on my vulva that was originally red and swollen but has now turned a yellowish color. It has minor bleeding and I have also been having abnormal discharge. I'm curious on what this could be and how to help it because it is rather painful.
