I Have A Patient With Anoxic Brain Syndrome Following A

I have a patient with anoxic brain syndrome following a severe MI. She describes her visual impairment as shattered glass syndrome, but I don't know what that means. She sees colors and larger items in her environment, but difficulty with smaller items. She also has some visual perceptual issues. Thanks,
