I Have A Patient With Chronic Pseudomonas Pneumonia ( Due

I have a patient with chronic Pseudomonas pneumonia ( due to crap in one of his middle lobes due to non functioning of one of his middle lobes, atelectasis, chronic COPD and emphysema.) and we are not able to get inhaled TOBI authorized through his insurance. He has now developed bladder cancer, and cannot go through chemotherapy until his psudomomsas pneumonia has been dealt with. His insurance will not authorize Tobi because he does not have cystic fibrosis. He is on IV antibiotics, but the pseudomonas is a recurrent infection. Is there any research available that we are able to use to to help my patient?
