I Have A Pcod From Last 4 Years...my Periods R

I have a pcod from last 4 years...my periods r irregular n I had my periods by medicines only. N last time i had taken regestrone to bring my period n it was there for 5 days . Again Its almost 2 months n still I didn't get my period as i havnt taken any medicine .
Which medicine I should take to bring my period? Regestrone or metformin?
