I Have A Pea Size Lump Inside My Forearm And

I have a pea size lump inside my forearm and thigh ....previously it was just 1 in the forearm , now i can feel another one near to it and in thigh to. Could you please tell me what's it actually , what's the reason of that and to whom i should consult?
And my brother too has a nut sized lump in the forearm but that's outside growth?
