I Have A Peanut Shaped 7 Mm Stone At Right

I have a peanut shaped 7 mm stone at right uv junction for over 2 months now.. Stuck there.. Now im experiencing difficulty in passing urine which is far too frequent.
Ive been taking 1/2 lascitone twice a day, with 1 soliten in the morning & urimax 0.4 at night. For the last two three days there has been a constant pain on right side lower stomach. Pl advice.
