I Have A Persitent Typhoid Which Keeps Reccuring Few Days

I have a persitent typhoid which keeps reccuring few days after medication.i have taken cipro for 7 days without succes. Then augmentin for 5 days without succes .then ceftriaxone (iv) followed by cefuroxime tabs for 5 days each which i finished 3 days ago.i am HIV negative but i am again starting to feel the same symptoms in my body.what could be the problem with me.
