I Have A Physical Every Year Never Had Problems With

I have a physical every year never had problems with my sugar fasting was 86
But tonight I ate a candy bar and got nausea now must be honest hadn't had any food since breakfast at 9am
I checked my sugar and it was 184
Is that normal immediately after eating sugar should I take it again in 1 hour or is this something I should go see my Dr
