I Have A Picc Line In My Right Arm. Today

I have a picc line in my right arm. Today feel some nausea and my rt arm pitt hurts. I cant tell if any swelling not red or warmer then rest of body. Do i need to have checked or can it wait till my nursecomes to change dressing monday. Today is saturday.
