I Have A Pilonidal Cyst Removed By Closed Procedure 2

I have a pilonidal cyst removed by closed procedure 2 years ago. Since the procedure, I have had IBS and the scar site has leaked. It leaks a lot when I really need to pass a bowel movement, and I know it is not my anal that is leaking. Is it possible that this fluid is CSF? I have searched relentlessly for others with this issue, but find nothing. Thanks!
