I Have A Pilonudal Cyst And It Has Burst Over

I have a pilonudal cyst and it has burst over night. Since it is Saturday should I go to the er to have it completely drained? This Kenny third time having this cyst and my doc thinks I need to see a surgeon. My only concern is that it will get infected if I wait until Monday to see my doc about it.
