I Have A Pimple Inside My Ear. Its Been 3

I have a pimple inside my ear. Its been 3 days. My jaw, teeth hurt me a lot, I even had hard time to eat. Every morning I felt a little better. Now its the 3rd day and I want to take a normal shower (I washed carefully to not get water inside my ear ; I only cleaned the ear with rubbing alcohol and put coconut oil.) So can I take a normal shower? It is ok if I wash the ear with warm water? Thank you!
