I Have A Pimple Just Off My Left Temple But

I have a pimple just off my left temple but in the corner of my eyebrow and it's making my upper left eyelid slightly closed. When I touch the pimple it's big inside and really worried !!
Will ice work to stop swelling or what can I do to make it go away!
