I Have A Pimple Like Bump On My Inner Butcheek.

I have a pimple like bump on my inner butcheek. Its sensitive, & when i try to pop it, its really painful. When i got home, i got in front of the mirror and put a flash light down there and popped it. Dark blood/puss exploded out. Then i continued to squeeze it and bright blood came out. I do not have any diseases, im all up to date with that.
