I Have A Pimple-like Bump On My Mons Pubic Area.

I have a pimple-like bump on my mons pubic area. I've been having them for the past 4 years. I thought they were due to shaving so I did not think it was important to go to see a doctor. I might get two bumps or one at a time and they are itchy. Sometimes they are sore and I popped one twice and white pus along with a little blood came out, the another time clear liquid came out.
