I Have A Pimple Like / Looking Break Out Around

I have a pimple like / looking break out around my chin mostly and around my mouth and 3 of these bumps collected together at the bottom of my nostril on one side of my nose. It itches off and on , i've had it almost a month now and have tried a few different cremes ( hydrocortizone ), and antibiotic cremes and ointments. Some of them help just a little, but nothing has cleared it up completely.
