I Have A Pimple On My Penis, And I Popped

I have a pimple on my penis, and I popped it. The normal pimple puss came out and i kinda put it out of my mind. But then i got what looks like the start of a second pimple before the first one had completely healed. I had sex for the first time three days prior to the first pimple appearing. the second one hasn't formed a white head yet but i just noticed it today. The first one had a white head and looked like a run of the mill pimple. I'm now just kinda freaking out cause my mind is running wild. What do you think is this just me being crazy?
