I Have A Pimple That Popped In And Is Now

I have a pimple that popped in and is now creating a pocket under the skin. The cavity is quite hard, half centimetre wide and about a centimetre and a half long. My main concern is the location, it is just beside the nasal bridge inside the ridge around my eye. It developed over Wednesday night and I found it Thursday morning and have made minimal changes today.

I was looking into this and apparently there is an important blood supply to the brain in this area. Is this an issue that can wait tillonday morning when I have a doctors appointment for it or should I go to the er now?
