I Have A Pinched Nerve In My Neck Which Is

I have a pinched nerve in my neck which is causing severe pain in my neck, shoulder, arm and hand. I was proscribed antinflaimtories and muscle relaxers which are not relieving the pain. Also was injected with same. What can I do to relieve the severity of pain?
