I Have A Pinched Severe Articulation On My Right Hip

I have a pinched severe articulation on my right hip and also moderate pinch on my back L2 to L5 and light pinch on L1-L2. Arthrose on posterior facet L4 to Si. When I sit for a while and I try to get up, I have to pull my leg up as far as my knee to release the pain and only then I can get up. Is there an easier way for me to get up from my chair. I also have the same problem when I get up from my bed but if I turn over on my stomach then I get easily get up.
