I Have A Pink, Raised And Squishy Mole On My

I have a pink, raised and squishy mole on my left outer buttocks. I am 42 and have hade this mole for as long as I can remember. It doesn't hurt to touch and hasn't been bothersome. I only really notice it or remember that it's there when I get out of the shower, or am getting dressed. Should I have had this looked at a long time ago, or should I worry about it now and have it looked at?
