I Have A Plaster Cast On For Fracture Tibia And

I have a plaster cast on for fracture tibia and fibula, I'm getting pain in fracture which is bearable but I'm also getting cramps due to flexed position of foot. I'm happy I don't have a DVT is there a treatment I can take for the cramps, I don't want to take too many pain killers
