I Have A Plate And Screws In My Wrist Since

I have a plate and screws in my wrist since june 3, 2015 from a fall--distal radial fracture with some pieces of bone. one screw is too long--6 mm longer than it should be--i have pain in my forearm and very notably a pinching sensation. what should i do and who should i see? my orthopedist does not want to talk about it.
