I Have A Prescription For Quinine Sulfate And Went To

I have a prescription for quinine sulfate and went to get it filled. they had to compound the prescription and it is labeled magcalquin 325. My other prescriptions are Meloxicam 15 and Pravastatin 20. I am an active 70 year old male. Is the Magcalquin safe to take as needed for severe leg cramps on a as needed basis?
