I Have A Pretty Bad Grease Burn On Top Of

I have a pretty bad grease burn on top of my foot which occured 4 days ago. Not much pain till today. The pain levels are excruciating and I am in lots of discomfort. If I go to the hospital, ( will be first visit ), what can they do to relieve the pain and what would the normal procedures be?
