I Have A Pretty Bad.. Human Bite On The Under

I have a pretty bad.. human bite on the under side of my arm.. its been about 4 days but the bruise progressed down my arm.. it stings and so do a few of my other bruises. Never experienced stinging like this before especially so long after. Want to go to the hospital just dont want to have to explain or to talk to cops. Been taking ibuprofin.. not sure if its really helping or not
