I Have A Previous History Of CD. For Last Two

I have a previous history of CD. For last two years I take alprax .25 daily at night as I feel difficulty in falling asleep. But from past 15 days the problem has worsened. I am able to get very less sleep, anxiety,giddiness, body ache and a generalized feeling of fear which overwhelms me so much that many a times I feel I will collapse. My Physician has given me Zolfresh 10mg which I am taking from past 4 days. I feel much better in the morning but as the day passes by the symptoms returns and by the evening I feel mentally drained. Please advice?
