I Have A Prickly Feeling In My Chest And Mild

I have a prickly feeling in my chest and mild pressure. Also mild pain - discomfort on the right side of my breast feels like it is radiating to my armpit. Also a bit of fullness in the stomach. I am 54 female, never had any problems with high cholesterol or high blood pressure. Fairly active and just worked out this morning. Some stress though. Is this any reason for me to worry? I would rather not go to emergency room.
