I Have A Prickly Rash, All Over Even In Non

I have a prickly rash, all over even in non rash areas. Headache. Had vomiting, diarreah mid week. Been in a public pool three time in a week. Been around little kids. Feel chilled, tired , want to sleep off headache. Trunk of body, hands are most affected. Feels like prickling, biting inside my skin.
