I Have A Problem. I Am Both An Asthmatic And

I have a problem. I am both an asthmatic and I have a pretty severe allergy to dust. It's been causing me sleep problems for years, and no matter if I vacuum my bed, wash my bedding or anything, I still have problems.

Is there anything else that I can do? Would taking pills work? The reaction typically involves an increased heart rate and what feels like twitching in my lungs/chest. Sometimes it even goes as far as to swell lymph nodes and the like.
