I Have A Problem. I Have A Second Degree Burn

I have a problem. I have a second degree burn on my hand and was treated at the hospital yesterday evening. I was told to come back Sunday morning to the hospital, as well as see a wound clinic next week. They gave me gauze and tape and Vaseline Gauze pads but I ran out this morning. This morning I woke up with an enormous blister looking to burst any second. It was covered in gauze. I wrapped it back up and my mother bought some of that self adhesive wrap Guaze and Vaseline, as well as sterile latex gloves. Against my better judgement she convinced me to let her sterilize a threading needle and drain it. It's filling back up. She put Vaseline on it, wrapped it in that adhesive wrap and put a sterile latex glove over it. It was all fine until it practically cut off my circulation and was causing pain from my knuckles squeezed Together. I replaced the wrap to try and loosen it and put more Vaseline on the burned area before wrapping it. But I keep having to change it because it not Only clings to everything and causes pain from being so tight but it gets dirty so easily and I am not in a dirty area or anything. Can I put the Vaseline and glove on and wrap the opening of the glove in paper tape in the meantime, until I can get the right gauze? I am very frustrated because the hospital won't answer me. They just refer me to my nurse/clinic and they are not even open.
