I Have A Problem Involving My Left Ear. I Have

I have a problem involving my left ear. I have sensitivity to loud noises and certain pitches. My voices 'echoes' in my left ear/head when I try to speak loudly. When my head is tilted any degree to the right I can hear my pulse in my left ear/head. Sudden onset @ 5+ years ago @ the time swimming in an inground pool. It has not gotten worse or better with time or temperature/humidity changes. It is slightly worse with a cold or sinus issues. I have been to an EMT twice, had my hearing checked (it is above normal) and a scan. They only found a few minor sinus cavities issues. I am female, 47 years old, not obese and a non-smoker. Thank you.
