I Have A Problem Of Itching And Sneezing Extreme. I

I have a problem of Itching and sneezing extreme. I have noticed recently that if I drink several glasses of water the symptoms disappear. Does this mean I am dehydrated or is whatever is in my blood making me itch diluted because of the increase in drinking water?
