I Have A Problem Of PCOD And My Husband Has

I have a problem of PCOD and my husband has low sperm count less than 1 million we tried every effort did HSG and all other test for me. For me everything is fine but my husband has low sperm count which reflected in FNAC as well as semen analysis along with right atrophic testis. i conceived in 2012 and had hermatoma after 2 and 1/2 months had abortion now dr are asking me to go for icsi which is exi ivf meanwhile my periods stopped for 2 and 1/2 months some upt said positive some negative but beta hcg was negative now I took metprate to start of my periods kindly confirm in case I can conceive naturally
