I Have A Problem With Constant Or Sometimes Tinkle Ie

I have a problem with constant or sometimes tinkle ie sneezing coughing or even if I get sick and throw up or even just sometimes a little bit of tinkle just come out for no reason it's never a lot but enough to were I always have to were a pad to catch it
