I Have A Problem With My Foot Now It's Affecting

I have a problem with my foot now it's affecting my whole body I was gaving labs to see if I had gout.the Dr treated it as a stress fracture but didnt see anything.my labs came back with no gout but my white blood count was elevated and my platlits were very high.dr told me to take these anbotitics for a couple days and if not better to see my primary dr well two days later I get a phone call about seeing this surgeon and then got another call saying he nor anyone in my town will take my case may I ask y they don't want to accept my case or if these Drs know more then they r telling me?
