I Have A Problem With Urinary Urgency, And Leakage. I

I have a problem with urinary urgency, and leakage. I have been taking Finesteride and Tamsulosin for at least eight years to treat a BPH problem. I had a recent Cystoscopy that showed bladder Trabeculations and wanted to know about treatment options short of having a TURP. I have a feeling that there may not be any dependable treatment available which means that I will have to deal with my present problems and future problems of incontinence.
